Property

Market your property from a raised perspective

Whether you are an estate agent, architect, or developer, if you work with properties, you will no doubt be aware of the importance of capturing them from many different angles.

An aerial perspective provides an overview that allows the viewer to both gauge a sense of scale and also see how the property fits in and interacts with its surrounding environment.

The recent technological advances in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) or drones as they are often called has allowed for much faster and more flexible methods of aerial filming and aerial photography.

This greater efficiency enables estate agents to quickly and affordably highlight a property’s attributes, architects to capture unorthodox aerial viewpoints, and property developers to create invaluable before-and-after reference materials.

At Drone Air, we offer two platforms for aerial filming and aerial photography: UAV or helicopter, and each platform has its own distinct advantages and limitations.

For real estate photography and filming, we would recommend choosing our UAV platform. For architecture and property development we would again recommend using UAVs for most situations, unless you need to film or photograph the subject at over 500 feet altitude, in which case you would need to use a helicopter.

For more detailed information about the benefits of and regulations for each platform, please see Our Aircraft.
